What we collect

When you sign up we collect your email address, optional name, and (if you pay) your billing details via Stripe. We store the searches you run so you can see them in your history.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share your search history with anyone. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on the dashboard.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. That's it.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account, profile, subscription state, and full search history at any time. Visit /account-deletion for the one-click flow when signed in, or to email us at privacy@trustfinder.ai if you can't sign in. We process requests within 30 days.

After deletion, we retain only what we're legally required to keep: Stripe invoices (7 years for tax compliance, linked to a customer ID rather than your name or email after deletion) and a minimal deletion log (your UID and date deleted, 12 months for dispute handling). Everything else is removed.
