What gets deleted
- Your Firebase Auth account (email, Google link, phone number)
- Your profile (
users/{uid}document — name, email, phone) - Your subscription state and Stripe customer record
- Your full search history (every lookup you ran, with the embedded results)
- Your active session / cookie
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not keep a hidden copy.
What we keep, and why
Stripe invoices & payment records
Required by tax law (IRS, GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)). Retained for 7 years. Linked to a customer ID, not your name or email after deletion.
Minimal deletion log
Your UID, the date deleted, and counts of records removed. Kept for 12 months for dispute and compliance handling.
Anonymized daily metrics
Counts only (searches per day, total cost). No reference to you. Retained indefinitely.
Cached Pipl lookups
Stored by query hash, not by user. Shared cross-user cache. Auto-expires after 30 days.
